How to Edit Guest Names in Classy
Thank you for supporting Jazz Under The Stars, an event benefiting Clark Atlanta University students in the arts! If you’ve purchased a table and need to update your guest names, it’s easy to make changes. Simply follow these steps.
Step 1: Locate Your Confirmation Email
After purchasing your tickets, you should have received a confirmation email from Classy. This email contains important details and a link to manage your tickets.
Click the blue button, “Assign Tickets.” If it is not working, copy and paste the URL below the button.
Step 2: Access Your Ticket Management Page
- The Manage screen will appear
- Find the guest you want to edit or reassign
- Then click the three dots next to their name. Do not forget to save once you complete!
Step 3: Confirm Your Updates
- Do not forget to save once you complete.
- Don’t forget to send your guests their tickets with QR code. You can go back to the manage screen and select all. Then click send ticket and follow the instructions.
