Please note the following important reminders from the university:

• Rain or Shine: As noted in the Know Before You Go section of the CAU Guild website, the event will take place regardless of weather conditions. Guests are encouraged to come prepared with appropriate rain gear.
• Umbrella Policy: Small, folding umbrellas without metal pointed tops are permitted. Large umbrellas, such as golf umbrellas, are not allowed as they may obstruct the view of other attendees.
• Weather Delays: In the event of inclement weather—particularly thunder and lightning—the opening of venue gates may be delayed. For real-time updates, please visit cauguild.org or www.cau.edu.
• Program Adjustments: The event schedule may be modified based on weather conditions.
