Catering:
We will not have a designated drop-off area for external caterers this year. To ensure a smooth experience, we highly recommend utilizing the university’s on-site catering partner, Sodexo.

Rideshare Drop-Off:
Rideshare access will also be affected, and there will be no designated drop-off point near the event entrance. Guests using rideshare services should plan for a short walk to the venue. Additional guidance will be provided closer to the event date.
