IMPORTANT UPDATE
Please refrain from stopping on Atlanta Student Movement Blvd to drop off.
Street Closure: Raymond St., a one-way street going southbound, from to Parson St. SW to Atlanta Student Movement Blvd. SW will be closed for drop-offs and pick-ups to prevent back up of traffic on Atlanta Student Movement Blvd.
When: Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. Where: Clark Atlanta University, Harkness Hall Quadrangle Entry time: Gates open at 5:00 p.m.
Entry & Wristbands
Please have your QR code ticket (printed or on your phone) ready when you arrive on Clark Atlanta University’s campus. Volunteers will be scanning tickets and providing wristbands before you get to the entry gate.
➔ Wristbands must be on before you reach the entry gate — no exceptions.
Parking
Parking is $10 and cashless (credit/debit cards only) Parking Location: CAU Parking Deck, 190 Mildred St. SW, Atlanta, GA 30314
Rideshare is strongly encouraged. This year’s Rideshare drop-off point is: Raymond Street SW (SNCC Way)

Attire
Dress is elegant-casual, polished, but comfortable. Check the weather. If rain is expected the day before, we strongly encourage wearing closed-toe shoes.
Food & Beverage
We will not have food or drinks on site for purchase, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
✔ Small to medium coolers allowed 🚫 No grills, sternos, or open flames Catering deliveries must arrive between 5:30–6:15 p.m.
Caterers may enter Harkness Quadrangle and temporarily park on Raymond St. to deliver orders. Caters must leave the concert area by 6:15 pm.
Temporary parking for caterers is available on Raymond St SW.
